40+
To play in the 40+ division you become eligible on your 40th birthday.
50+
To play in the 50+ division you become eligible on your 46th birthday, each team can field 3 x 46-49 year olds.
You will be deemed 50+ on your 50th birthday.
60+
To play in the 60+ division you become eligible on your 57th birthday, each team can field 3 x 57-58 year olds.
You will be deemed 60+ on your 59th birthday.
